Technical Solution
Azacore designed and implemented an enterprise-grade HR integration ecosystem connecting biometric devices, HRIS modules, ERP payroll structures, and governance dashboards.
A secure biometric integration layer was developed to capture clock-in/out events in real time across all sites, using device-level validation and encrypted transport protocols. These events were centralized into a unified HR data model that applied automated business rules for attendance validation, overtime eligibility, late arrival logic, and leave deductions. The rules engine cross-referenced shift rosters, leave balances, and employment contracts to eliminate manual intervention and reduce payroll risk.
The validated HR dataset fed directly into the ERP payroll module through a structured API that ensured data accuracy and financial integrity. A reconciliation sub-engine compared approved hours against payroll outputs to identify anomalies before each payroll run, significantly reducing compliance and cost leakage.
To strengthen governance, Azacore built a document management framework with automated versioning, approval workflows and audit histories—fully integrated into SharePoint. This enabled controlled access to staff files, policies, and compliance documents while ensuring that only the latest approved versions were in circulation.
An executive dashboard layer was deployed on top of the integrated system. Using SQL materialized views and a visual analytics engine, the dashboard provided real-time insights into workforce cost trends, overtime exposure, attendance anomalies, high-risk departments, and financial variance forecasts. The dashboard also supported drilldowns to site, region, and individual employee level.
